What's the chocolate fountain ratio? - what stores can i buy chocolate for my chocolate fountain
I bought a chocolate fountain and used only once. But now I have lost the instructions, and I do not know what is the ratio of chocolate to oil. Can someone help me? It's just a smaller font, purchased at a retail store. Nothing industrial or nothing. I think the last time used a bag of chocolate chips.

If you use pure Belgian chocolate (high) in cocoa butter, you should not with oil. If you chocolate chips is 24 oz chocolate chips 3 / 4 C oil. Make sure the chocolate before melting it in the spring.
Just use chocolate bars, cocoa and certain percentages are 45% or more, and it should go without oil, the taste and the flow of the overall efficiency much better. Use the Source link for tips on chocolate, if desired.
