The Melting Pot Spinach Artichoke Fondue Recipe? - the melting pot spinach artichoke recipe

Does anyone know the recipe for the fondue recipe spinach artichoke service in the melting pot. I think (I know the ingredients and it is served in front of you), but not totally sure quantity. We only had a few nights before and fontina cheese, butter and it was wonderful - I wish I'm back, but certainly not spend the money to go so close!

• 5 ounces of beer
• 3 ounces cooked chopped spinach
• 3 oz chopped artichoke hearts
• 1 c. Cup chopped garlic
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 5 is of cracked black pepper
• 3 cups of cubed bread - french / rye / pumpernickel
• 2 cups of vegetables - cauliflower / carrot / celery / broccoli

Cooking Steps:

- Heat the beer to hot heat, add spinach, artichokes and garlic and mix with a fork.
- Slowly shredder cheddar. Whip continuously with a fork. Continue to add cheese and whip until the cheese is honey "hot" consistency.
- Pepper.
Stir - With a fork until the consistency is uniform.
- Turn heat to low, bread and vegetables instead of a basket or tray.
- Skewer bread and vegetables and dip you in cheese fondue.
- For 2 to 4 persons.
